Some things you may want to consider before adding me to your Friends List...

-I am schizophrenic, depressed, eating disordered, and have an array of other mental illnesses. Can't deal? Then don't add me.

-I have a darling little brother who is both autistic and mildly mentally retarded. So if you like to make jokes about the mentally challenged and don't feel like arguing about it, steer clear.

-I am a proud Democrat, and I am very passionate about Barack Obama 2008. I don't mind being able to agree to disagree in terms of politics, but you should not add me if you don't think you can do that.

-On a similar note, I am American, but I am not the happy and proud "God bless the USA" type. As a matter of fact, I loathe just about everything this country stands for. Of course, I realise that I take my situation for granted, and I would definitely not wish to live in a less fortunate region, but America can be pretty fucked up most of the time, and I realise this.

-If you didn't catch it from my previous point, I spell everything the British way. "Colour," "realise," "centre..." Yeah, it just looks better. Seriously.

-I am also quite the grammar whore. And I hate Internet abbreviations. It's okay if you do it, but don't get annoyed if I don't know what the hell you're talking about.

-I detest when people use "gay" and/or "retarded" as synonyms for stupid. Oh, you do that? Then why are you on my LiveJournal?!

-Also, rape jokes are not even remotely funny. If you get your kicks from that kind of sick humour, you do not belong on my Friends List.

-I am bisexual. That's right: I'm here, I'm queer, and I do not appreciate homophobic jokes and/or remarks.

-I am agnostic, and I am most assuredly not looking for any kind of religious fanatics to try and convert me to anything. You're religious? I respect that, and I am glad that you are content with whatever faith you practice. Just don't try and force it upon me.

-I have pink and black hair, a lipring, and multiple tattoos. I used to have an eyebrow piercing, but it grew out on me, and I miss it dearly. I listen predominately to rock music. But I am most certainly not a scene kid or an emo kid. To paraphrase a friend of mine, I am not a damned soup can, so do not try and label me. That's just not cool.

-I have strange little mannerisms that can sometimes get on people's nerves. For instance, I meow. A lot. I also frequently meep. Do you find that to be cute? Awesome. Does the concept annoy you? Then maybe you should reconsider our potential friendship.

-I swear like a fucking truck driver. If you have an issue with that, we will probably not make the greatest of friends.

-Finally, as you can probably tell from this little dealie here, I can be incredibly bitter. I am quite jaded sometimes, and it can show. I also have the terrible tendency to never, ever forgive someone's wrongdoings, and instead I more often just hold grudges for life. However, with that having been stated, I also see myself as a pretty good friend. I will do my best to never let you down, and I will always try to be there for you. I like to keep my friendships for a very long time, and these kinds of relationships will usually only end when the other person has dicked me over to a level of great severity.

All this being said, do you still think you want to be my friend? Then...
